Club diving

The past couple of weekends I have had the pleasure of diving with the Torbay branch of the British Sub-Aqua Club (BSAC). They have their own hard-boat based in Torquay harbour and regularly run out to the interesting sites the Bay has to offer.

I was specifically interested in diving the ‘islands’ of Flat Rock, Ore stone and Thatchers rock. I’ve done all three from my kayak before, but being on scuba give one slightly more time in the water!

These three sites are stunning, and I’ll be writing a feature article about them for SCUBA magazine. I’ll let you know when it’s published.

Big thanks to the club for letting a photographer onto the boat and pandering to his many needs!
