This photo was taken off Shoalstone, Brixham in about 6m of water.
There are shoals of Mulles all round Torbay throughout the summer. Another good spot is off the rocks at Corbyns Head (at high tide), Torquay.
I just wish I had my spear with me when I saw these chaps ;-)
