The snoot simply pushes onto the YS-110a. String to tie it to the arm, blue float to ensure it floats out of the way when I don't want it - ©Dan Bolt (Dan)

Take off the YS-110a diffuser & you'll see the 3 bulbs are benind a dome of glass & point slightly outwards. Hence the 'stick' points out at an angle - ©Dan Bolt (Dan)

The base is an old YS-27 diffuser, with an extra bit of white plastic stuck over thetop. Then the 8" pipe is plastic-glued into place & the whole thing taped up to prevent light leaking. - ©Dan Bolt (Dan)
